Korean Pop Night post mortem (Tuesday, November 4, 2008 / 9:35 AM)
Oh my, what a day.
I reported at 10.30am in the morning. It was a mess. Because everyone was speaking Korean! So I was being shoved around, and everyone is speaking korean to me. It was interesting. Good thing I was with Bo Yi from
BoomKorea and she took really good care of me. She speaks Chinese too. And she is the manager of Lee An, a Korean singer who started from Singapore. Interesting huh? Lee An was performing too.
This is my 1st time singing at Indoor Stadium! I was all nervous and jittery even one week before the show. So when I took the mic and walked onto the stage for the 1st time at the 1st rehearsal. I was soooo excited man!!!! But the response was good. Everyone was telling me that I sounded good. So 我胸口的大石，放下了半块。
After the 1st rehearsal, we had our lunch, then went out for coffee.
At 3pm, we came back for camera rehearsal which is also the Full run. Afterwards, interview with Teens then dinner then makeup and hair, before I realise it, I'm standing by for my performance!!!!!
It was great man. I love the sound in indoor stadium. I could sing effortlessly and the mic and system would pick it up. And I loved the crowd!!! I dunno if they are Koreans or Singaporeans but they were so supportive. They cheered at around my 3rd line and that gave me a super strong booster to do even better. I thought I ended with a MUCH warmer cheer and applause than when I entered the stage. So that was GREAT!!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Anyway, apparently, this show will be broadcasted in KOREA!!!! WAY COOL man. Which was why I rushed Royston's assistant to give me a copy of my MV, which has 12 lotus clips. I wanted Korea to take a look at this great film and listen to great local music (written and produced by the FM gang). But sigh, in the end, they couldnt get it out in time. When the dvd came, it was too late already. Very sad.
All in all, I'm glad I didn't "throw Singapore's face".
Ah~ What a great day. Athough I'm SUPER tired. I only had 4 hours of sleep last night but I'm still blogging... geez...

And every big show, you'll see his face. My DEAR make up artist. He's really the best. Not just in terms of make up skills, he's just so super nice to me. He purposely went to scour for my head gear this afternoon for my show. That's effort man. I love him to bits! And that's his friend xinhui, who's really funny. HAHAHA...
Oh guess who's the HOST??? of course it has to be......
Miss Orenji~!!!!! She was soooo "seh" speaking Korean and English!!! Way cool! and she looked SOOO pretty! (we share the same makeup artist haha)

Really glad to get to know bo yi, lee an and alice today. They are such nice people.
