every day i wake up, and i try, and i strive, to be this
SUPER HAPPY GIRL
you'll never know me
but you may know my name

carrie yeo.
Is a walking contradiction.

Happy-go-lucky yet emotional.
Over-confident yet suffers from inferiority complex.
Love to sing yet afraid of the stage.
Always hopeful about the future but always living in the present.
Adventurous in bigger life experiences like joining Project Superstar but very cowardly in trivial thrills like monkey bars.

Always fighting with herself in the mind like there are 5 Carrie's in there.

Blogging is a way to straighten out thoughts for her.
Blogging is a way for her to leave clues for herself,
so that in ten years time,
Carrie might start to understand herself better....

driving frees my mind
and so i tweet.

over coffee, we agree...
to disagree.

but there's always help
when you are looking.

Updates~ (Monday, January 28, 2008 / 1:16 AM)

Wah, I'll be quite busy lately. because CNY is coming!!!

As some of you know, I'm involved in the CNY countdown show on Ch8. I'll be singing a medley of CNY songs together with 5 babes - Candyce, Lingyi, Dawn Yeoh, Meixin and Teresa (CSS). We will be performing at Chinatown, an outside location. I'm really looking forward to it because Chinatown is like the most 热闹 during CNY right? The most 热闹 in whole of Singapore right? Well, you see, it's the 1st time I'll b in Singapore for CNY for my entire life! Every year, I go back to Malacca for CNY, because that is my hometown. So I've never 我从来没有感受过新加坡的新年气息。So i'm really excited! Whee~~

On top of that, I'll also be singing a CNY song with Diya on the ChU Carlsberg CNY show. Whee~~~ That show is not a live show so we are recording on 1st Feb.

Then... The Ch8 show will take up 4th, 5th and 6th (the actual show).

After which, on the 7th I'll be rushing down to Malacca.

on 10th I'll be flying to CHIANGMAI for a family trip~~!!!!! Aiyoh we havent been on a family trip for the longest time. The last time was to Bangkok and that was like... 5 years ago? So i'm really excited but.... i've also heard that Chiangmai is not very exciting... Nothing much to do. Someone told me that the most exciting thing about Chiangmai is the Elephant ride. -_-" urgh...

Has anyone of you been to Chiangmai? Please give me some tips okie?

Think my CNY is going to be fun!
