Ok stealing from wenhai's blog...*******Concert Celebrating 12 Measures of Concern and LoveThe proceeds of this effort will go to organizing 12 Lotus screenings for the elderly at Golden Village Cinemas. We are working with RCs and various grassroots, senior citizen activity groups for this purpose. One of the earliest beneficiaries of this is the Kreta Ayer Senior Citizens Activity corner.
Date: 11 October 2008, Saturday
Time: 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm
Venue: Kreta Ayer People’s Theatre.

Ok another thing is.. on the same day, a long lost friend YET叶敦鸿 is gonna hold his 1st Performance & Autograph Session at Tampines Mall's Open Plaza, Level 4. It's at 5pm on Sat.
Sigh, I can't make it because of the concert. But I hope those of you who are going to the concert will rush down to Tampines Mall to support him on my behalf. Those who can't make it to the concert, but can make it to his Autograph session, please also do pop by to give him your support. It's really not easy to be a local artiste. The market is so small and yet it's divided into English and Chinese market. And then it's further divided by people who would rather support overseas artiste. Grass is greener on the other side?

I'm REALLY REALLY honoured that my song went up the chart, singing my name alongside other GREAT singers. It's sooo soooo sooooooo exciting! And I would really like to see it on top 10! (DUH!!!!) No la, I mean i think it'll mean a lot to my singing career. So please dun be shy to express your love for my song k? MUAHAHAHHAHA... it's just a sms. Only 30cents. Next time I buy you sweets or chocolate k? hahahahha...

Cruise ( / 1:30 AM)
I'm BACK! HOME SWEET HOME!!!Just got back from a 5D4N cruise. We went to Phuket and Penang. It was pretty great. I love the idea of cruising around in 汪洋大海, enjoying good food, fun games, and you end up at the port of Penang and Phuket. No need to travel 13 hours by coach just to reach there. The travelling was much more fun! I travelled 3 countries in that cruise leh! how cool is that? I din even have to stamp my passport!!! We could just ease into those wonderful places, great shopping and even GREATER food! I loooooooove Penang food. But the thought of 13 hours of travelling scares me. So I was REALLY REALLY glad that the cruise was stopping at Penang. We went to Gurney Drive and stuffed ourself with Assam Laksa, Curry mee, Char Kway Teow, Muah Chee, etc etc. SHIOK!!!!!And phuket is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Oh there are soooo many nie pictures taken. But I just got back so I havent got time to upload. Quite tired also. So, i'll rest a while 1st k? More about the Cruise another day.

You know what?
I think that is SOOOO TRUE!!!! Of all, i'm all about the experience. Experiencing different cultures, different jobs, journeys. It's ok to get lost, coz getting lost is part of the journey.
Truest of all sagi's traits.... 我崇拜自由. I can't stand feeling trapped. I can't stand the feeling of not being able to do whatever I like to do whenever, wherever, however. I know life has its rules. I'm ok with rules. I'm not a rebel. But I don't understand why everyone is telling me what time to sleep and wake up. I like to sit on my bed and watch tv series till very late in the night. SO??? I like to eat whenever I'm hungry. That also means that I like supper! SO???
I like... spontaneity. I love feeling... unconstrained by time. If I have a job the next morning, yes, i will not sleep late. I still have a sense of responsibility. I finish my education. I earn my own living every month. I spend money wisely (sometimes I buy on impulse but my self control is pretty good). I don't harm anyone. I think i'm a smart person. So, I really don't like it when people tell me what I shd do or shd not do. Care and concern is fine. But I REALLY hate nagging.
我觉得好压抑。很sian.

Wrong name again.... (Saturday, September 6, 2008 / 1:24 PM)
Thank you to all those who came down to my 1st 签唱会 today!!! esp my parents. they are so sweet. they came all the way from JB to support me!I had fun. it was REALLY challenging to have to sing hokkien song. Somemore, i was told that i need to sing the hokkien song yesterday, one day before the event. err... i tripped over some parts of the lyrics. but i think it was still ok bah... at least i had fun. haha!

before we went on stage, i already told wenhai, he has to help me cover up if i forget or trip over the words. and he did come to my rescue several times.
